**About the Opportunity**
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the **Cedar Health** team as an** Administration Officer,**where you will be responsible for:
- Providing responsive reception and administrative services, support and advice to support the work of the Clinical Team Leader and site staff.
- Undertaking the processing and maintenance of site data and associated records, CHS client management systems, financial, HR and purchasing administration functions.
- Requiring a flexible autonomous approach to work using initiative and the ability to prioritise competing workload demands. Monday to Friday
**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to:
- manage timeframes effectively and prioritise competing workload demands.
- exercise initiative and judgement in responding to staff and client needs.
- manage diverse administrative and customer service activities to a high standard of quality.
- provide administrative support for clients with Domestic Family Violence and trauma that sometimes means being aware of personal information that includes violence.
- participate in organising outreach clinics for doctors and nurses that responds to the health burden created by domestic family violence.
