* Be the first point of contact for our customers
* Provide expert advice on our wide range of industrial products
* Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing shopfront
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
* Uphold our safety standards and contribute to a positive team culture
What You'll Bring:
* Previous experience in customer service (retail or trade preferred)
* Well-developed customer service skills with a 'customer first' approach
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Self-motivated and shows an interest in personal development within the company
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, busy service environment
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
