About the role:
* Qualified Support Worker: 2 x 40 hrs/fortnight, Mon–Fri (7 AM–6 PM), plus Saturday afternoons every second week
* Unqualified Support Worker (without a Cert III): 40 hrs/fortnight, Mon-Fri (8/9 AM-5 PM)
* Permanent part-time
* We provide services in our clients' homes, such as personal care, medication assistance, domestic assistance, transportation to appointments, and social support.
* Travel locations include Fern Bay, Lemon Tree Passage, Medowie, Raymond Terrace, Swan Bay, Tanilba Bay.
What You'll Bring:
* Passionfor Helping: A genuine interest in supporting our clients and making their lives better.
* Qualifications:MUST HAVE Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or equivalent. We also have positions that don't require qualification.
* Must-Haves: A driver's license, reliable car, comprehensive insurance, WWCC and First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain).
* Police check or current NDIS screening check
* Tech-Friendly: Comfortable using smartphones and tablets.
