An exciting opportunity exists to join REDARC Electronics Purchasing team, supporting all business units across both domestic and international supply chains.
Purpose of Job and General Duties
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, the full-time permanent Buyer is responsible for end-to-end purchasing activities, ensuring material availability to support production and on-time delivery to our customers.
* Placing and managing purchase orders with local and overseas suppliers
* Monitoring supplier delivery performance and following up late orders
* Managing inventory levels in line with agreed targets and working capital objectives
* Maintaining accurate master data to support MRP and planning processes
* Supporting safety stock reviews and monthly S&OP cycles
* Building strong supplier relationships to drive performance and continuous improvement
* Managing supplier non-conformances and supporting quality outcomes
* Reviewing critical components and participating in cross-functional planning activities.
You will work closely with Procurement, Planning, Production, Quality and Stores to ensure supply continuity across the business.
About You
* A degree (or currently studying) in Purchasing & Supply Chain, Commerce or a related field
* 3–5 years' experience post-qualification and ready for the next exciting chapter of your career
* A strong interest in building a long-term career in Purchasing and Supply Chain
* Experience using MRP/ERP systems and an understanding of S&OP principles
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
* Confidence communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders
* The ability to travel internationally if required.

Clearances
Applicants must be eligible to obtain andmaintain appropriate clearances.
