This role suits someone with an interest in heavy diesel vehicles and machinery.
Our business supports vehicles such as Volvo, UD Nissan, Kenworth, DAF as well as BPW Trailers along with many other makes & models
You would be carrying out the following duties:
* Act as the first point of contact for our valued customers and maintain a relationship by addressing their needs and issues in a timely manner either by over the phone, email and or counter sales
* Maintain a high level of customer service (pro-active, self-motivated, reliable and customer-focused)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst able to multi-task and prioritise
* Manage the flow of parts, from receiving to dispatch, ensuring timely deliveries.
* Reliable and strong work ethic with the ability to work as part of a team
* Previous experience in a similar role advantageous but not a necessity
* Intermediate level of computer and phone abilities
* Prepare invoices and handle financial procedures for stock sales.
* Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (Rostered Saturday - 8.00am to 11.00am)
* Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience)
* Assisting with stock-takes and basic warehouse work
* Deliveries and pick-ups of parts when necessary
* Keeping work environment in a safe and clean condition
We are looking for the right candidate who will be enthusiastic with a willingness to learn.
This is a dynamic, team-based role where you'll collaborate with a team of interpreters.
