As our business continues to grow, we are on the hunt for a driven and professional Customer Experience & Build Consultant to become a key part of our fast-paced, customer-focused team. This role sits at the heart of our operation — educating customers on the best products for their vehicle, guiding build decisions, taking into account customers time frames and getting them booked in promptly all while keeping the office running smoothly with the necessary administrative procedures.

About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for our customers and a key link between the front office and the workshop.
You will be guiding each build from initial enquiry through to completion and beyond.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Answering incoming calls and responding to customer enquiries in a timely manner
* Preparing quotes, invoices and managing sales administration
* Liaising with the workshop to schedule bookings and manage job flow
* Preparing vehicles pre-workshop and post-work as part of our pre-delivery process
* Following up with customers after work completion to ensure satisfaction
* Researching and staying up to date with new products, releases and industry trends
* Educating customers on suitable products and build options
* Maintaining professional, long-term relationships with customers
* General administrative procedures to keep the office running smoothly

Key Attributes
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills, delivering a top-tier experience to every customer.
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
* Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in automotive or 4x4 (industry interest and transferable experience considered).
* Strong interest in 4WDs, accessories, and the outdoors, with sound vehicle and component knowledge (or ability to quickly learn).
* Professional presentation, confident phone manner, and ability to build lasting customer relationships.
* Team player who works collaboratively with colleagues across office and workshop.
* Comfortable with CRM, quoting, invoicing, or workshop management systems, using them to manage builds efficiently.
* Quick problem solver, delivering practical solutions to keep customer experiences smooth from start to finish.
