Job Title: HR Advisor
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to support our recruitment processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support recruitment activities by drafting job descriptions, advertising roles, and coordinating interviews.
* Assist with onboarding and induction processes for new team members.
* Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to reporting requirements.
* Coordinate training and development opportunities for staff.
* Support workplace health and safety initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
* Background in administration, preferably within the not-for-profit sector.
* Strong interest in HR or working towards a diploma in HR.
* Experience in recruitment or HR administration.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite.
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
