* Ensure safety and well-being by following procedures, wearing required personal protective equipment, and reporting hazards
* Assist with daily plant operations including OLRS, shredder, baler, and granulator maintenance
* Participate in sorting, loading, and moving material efficiently and safely
* Loading and unloading trucks, skip bins, and trailers
* Maintain good housekeeping practices in all work areas
* Support quality control efforts by identifying and removing contamination
* Perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks as directed
* Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues
* Engage in training and rotate through different departments to learn site operations
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Basic understanding of mechanical systems
* Effective communication skills
