We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a passion for aesthetics, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
This role involves preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying finishes to residential and commercial properties.
Task & Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks.
Mix and match paint colors according to specifications.
Apply paint, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
Ensure high-quality workmanship by following best practices and safety procedures.
Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and timelines.
Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns.
Clean up work areas and dispose of materials according to environmental regulations.
Qualification & Experience
Proven experience as a painter (residential or commercial).
Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and safety procedures.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Experience with decorative painting techniques.
Certification in safety procedures or hazardous materials handling.
Familiarity with eco-friendly painting products.
