About the Role
You'll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring the office runs smoothly while supporting the sales, marketing, and property management teams. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing incoming and outgoing calls
* Greeting clients and creating a warm first impression
* Providing day-to-day administration for sales and marketing
* Assisting with rental administration for the property management team
* Diary management and office coordination
* Opening/closing the agency and managing supplies
* Maintaining office presentation and cleanliness
What We're Looking For
* No experience needed – a Certificate of Registration is a bonus, not essential
* Immaculately presented, confident, and eager to learn
* Strong communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude
* Tech-savvy, organised, and reliable
* Passion for real estate and a willingness to grow
