The role of a Permanency Support Program Team Leader is to oversee the daily operations and leadership of a team of Case Managers who provide comprehensive case work to ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people in the Permanency Program.
The program focuses on giving every child and young person the chance to have a loving, permanent home for life and strong family connections. It works with families to support successful restoration into family and culture, as well as providing ongoing support for families.
Key Responsibilities:
* To supervise and lead a team of Case Managers
* To provide day-to-day guidance and support to Case Managers
* To ensure the team is working towards the goals of the Permanency Program
The Permanency Support Program Team Leader will be part of the leadership team for the Permanency Program, introducing reforms that shift the current placement-based service system to one focused on restoration and building lifelong family connections using the principles of Family Finding.
