Mercure Barossa Valley is part of the Accor network and is located just one hour from Adelaide in the beautiful Barossa Valley. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and service-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our restaurant, bar, and events team.
About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering warm, professional service to our guests across restaurant, bar, breakfast, and function operations, ensuring every guest experience reflects Mercure and Accor service standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional food and beverage service
* Take and process orders accurately using POS systems
* Serve food and beverages in line with service standards
* Set up and pack down restaurant, bar, and function areas
* Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all service areas
* Assist with events, conferences, and group functions
* Adhere to food safety, hygiene, RSA, and WHS requirements
* Work collaboratively with kitchen and front office teams
About You
* Strong customer service focus with a positive attitude
* Reliable, well-presented, and a team player
* Able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
* Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
* Previous hospitality experience is an advantage, but not essential
* RSA (or willingness to obtain)
