Responsibilities
* Greet and assist patients with kindness and empathy.
* Manage bookings and respond to patient inquiries by phone/email.
* Maintain patient records and manage administrative tasks.
* Clinical triage and liaison with other healthcare providers.
Qualifications and Skills
* Previous experience in a reception or administrative role preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Robust organisational abilities and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in use of BestPractice Clinical software preferable but not essential
* Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced setting.
