Valls Styrene Packaging Co Pty Ltd are seeking a motivated person to join our team in our Berri Factory.
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented and organized Administration Officer to join our team. This role is best suited to candidates with previous experience in administration / customer service. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to managers and staff and assisting with accounting tasks using MYOB software.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Order processing
* Customer Relations
* Freight Co-Ordination
* Stock Management
* Invoicing
* Assisting with Bookkeeping where required.
We're interested in hearing from people who have:
* Excellent communication, time management and customer service skills
* Ability to follow instructions and company procedures
* An open approach to learning new things and goal oriented
* Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
* Experience with MYOB
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Experience in transport industry is not essential but a benefit
* Australian work rights are required for this position
