Council is seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to assist in the day-to-day fabrication repairs and maintenance activities of a diverse range of Council plant, equipment, workshops, and infrastructure, ensuring all work involving the repair and maintenance of plant/ equipment is carried out in a timely manner. This role will perform fault diagnosis and rectification, as well as fabrication maintenance tasks including inspections and servicing of plant/ equipment. You will ensure the repairs and maintenance of plant and equipment are conducted within minimum disruption to works and construction activities, including ensuring the workshop and equipment is kept in a safe/clean and tidy working environment. The successful applicant will be trade qualified and bring substantial experience in fabrication, along with a proven ability to establish work priorities and complete assigned tasks within required standards and deadlines, be a confident communicator with well-developed interpersonal skills, ability to follow direction and work under minimal supervision.
MANDATORY:
* Minimum requirement of a current C Class driver's licence
