Overview
Broome Medical Clinical is looking for a reliable Medical Receptionist to join our team. The role would suit someone with prior experience in Customer Service/Reception and accustomed to working in a fast paced, multi-tasked environment. Ideally looking for someone experienced, however we are willing to train the right applicant. You must also be flexible in your weekly hours. Hours to be negotiated with the suitable applicant. Customer service and accuracy needs must be your strong point! We're looking for someone that will be passionate about this role and possibly interested in further development.
Responsibilities
* Providing our patients with the highest quality customer service
* Answering incoming calls
* Scheduling appointments
* Patient enquiries
* Billing and receipting
* Data entry
* Other general administrative duties
Qualifications
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computing skills including data entry (Business Admin Certs or equivalent desirable)
* A passion for outstanding customer and patient services
* Enthusiastic and energetic personality
* The ability to work autonomously and as part of a busy team
* An outstanding work ethic and attention to detail
* Respect for confidentiality and discretion
* Professional manner and excellent interpersonal skills
* Permanent residency or Australian citizenship
* Have flexibility with work hours and must be able to work school holidays and after school hours if required
