The Role:
* Assisting the two property managers
* LOCAL portfolio to the office
* Routine Inspections
* End to end leasing management
* Exit and entry inspections
* Supportive Head of Department & Directors
Requirements:
* Current Certificate of Registration (essential).
* Previous real estate experience.
* Australian driver’s license and a reliable car.
* Strong communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent organizational abilities and time management.
* Immaculate presentation.
