About the Role Leading HR operations across multiple mining and operational projects Supporting leaders with performance management, investigations and workforce issues Driving recruitment strategy and workforce planning with operations Improving leadership capability and accountability across the business Supporting culture, engagement and retention initiatives Assisting with organisational structure, workforce growth and business improvement Working closely with HSE and operational leadership teams Helping professionalise systems, standards and processes as the company scales Skills & Experience 3 years in a similar role within mining, construction, transport, civil industry Knows how to deal with strong personalities and operational environments Ability to balance people, risk and commercial outcomes Confident and comfortable having difficult conversations Brings energy, initiative and accountability Eager to influence, ownership and genuine career growth Most importantly — you care about building high-performing teams and improving businesses.
