About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team in Ryde. This is a full-time, on-site position. As a Sales Agent, you will:
· Manage property listings from appraisal to settlement.
· Conduct open homes and private inspections.
· Build and maintain solid client relationships.
· Negotiate sales contracts to achieve the best outcomes.
· Provide exceptional customer service and market expertise.
· Stay updated on local market trends and compliance requirements.
About You
· Current NSW Certificate of Registration (minimum requirement).
· At least 2 year of real estate sales experience.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
· Self-motivated with excellent time management and organisational abilities.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
· A results-driven mindset with the ambition to exceed targets.
· Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
· Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage
