We're looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Interpreter. This is your opportunity to be part of something being built from scratch, a brand-new parts operation with the full support of Queensland's most awarded Mercedes-Benz Dealer Group behind it. Position Scope:
• Identify, source, and supply parts for Mercedes-Benz vehicles using electronic parts catalogues and ordering systems
• Assist technicians, service advisors, and body shop staff with accurate parts identification
• Process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims accurately and efficiently
• Maintain parts counter presentation and stock organisation to Mercedes-Benz standards
• Manage parts invoicing and documentation with a high level of accuracy
• Build strong working relationships with the service and workshop teams
• Assist with stocktakes and inventory management as required
• Provide exceptional counter service to internal and external customers
Our Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Experience:
• Experience as a Parts Interpreter in an automotive dealership, preferably in the prestige or luxury segment
• Strong product knowledge and ability to use electronic parts catalogues
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• A customer-first attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Lexus, or equivalent brand experience highly regarded
• Familiarity with dealership management systems (Pentana experience advantageous)
• Valid driver's licence
