Deliver Annual Reporting Excellence
The Annual Reporting Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in the coordination of activity in support of the Annual Review process and the preparation of Annual Statements across clients.
Key responsibilities include ensuring all year-end annual review activities and annual statement activities are allocated and actioned within agreed time frames. The role also involves working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve agreed outcomes and ensure all requirements are agreed and signed off.
* Ensure all year-end annual review activities and annual statement activities are allocated and actioned within agreed time frames.
* Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve agreed outcomes and ensure all requirements are agreed and signed off.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency improvements.
* Consider outsource options where appropriate.
* Control all project activities on a day-to-day basis, delivering outcomes to expected quality, time and budget.
* Manage the financial performance of the annual review and annual statement program and its contribution to overall financial performance of the Operations team.
* Proactively identify and manage program issues and risks requiring support for resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5 + years experience Annual review and Annual Statement program delivery.
* 5 + years experience in operations management in the superannuation industry.
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the superannuation industry.
* Experience in project management preferred.
* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools - SQL Experience desired.
* Business analyst experience preferred.
* Superior Microsoft Excel Skills.
