We're now looking for a Customer Service Team Member to join our fast-paced, friendly team.
The Role
This is a hands-on role where you'll be supporting customers across the full journey from enquiry to delivery while helping drive a great overall experience.
You'll also play a role in upselling, adding value to orders and contributing to a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries (email, phone, online)
* Assist with orders, product selection and personalised requests
* Identify upsell and add-on opportunities
* Manage customer issues and provide solutions
* Support showroom customers (collections and orders)
* Assist with social media and customer engagement
* General admin and support tasks
About You
* Customer service experience (retail or eCommerce preferred)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Confident, organised and able to multitask
* A \"people first\" mindset
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Positive attitude with initiative and attention to detail
(Experience with Adobe Illustrator is a bonus, but not required)
