ABOUT THE ROLE
Pivotal role in optimising the delivery and coordination of the CA Program, webinars, and virtual classrooms. Seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills. Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate CA Program and CASM (CA Study Masterclass) workshops, webinars, and virtual classrooms.
* Manage enrolments, and virtual workshop logistics.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
* Identify opportunities for improvement.
* Provide technical assistance to candidates.
ABOUT YOU
You're a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills, adept at both independent work and collaboration. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines with precision while maintaining attention to detail. You will also demonstrate:
* Active listening and adaptability
* Embracing changes with integrity and ethical conduct
* Organisation and enjoys teamwork
* Possesses a strong sense of duty
* Contributes to a positive work environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, virtual classrooms/webinars
* Experience in events, customer service, project management, and Learning Management Systems
