About the role
Join the team at BrisVegas Machinery as a full-time Service Advisor based in Darra, Queensland. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their machinery and equipment needs are met efficiently and effectively.
What you'll be doing
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries and requests with professionalism and care
- Schedule and coordinate service and maintenance appointments for customer equipment
- Liaise with the technical team to ensure timely and accurate diagnosis and resolution of customer issues
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and service work
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their equipment and work orders
- Assist with the sales process by providing customers with information on our range of products and services
- Support the wider team with administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, ideally within the machinery/equipment industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficient in using computer systems and software to maintain accurate records and schedule appointments
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to problem-solve effectively
- A positive, friendly and helpful attitude to provide a great customer experience
