Global Head Office is seeking to review its Australian operation company and appoint an interim GM to drive transformation whilst a senior appointment is being made. Your new role
This is a pivotal role where as the GM you'll be responsible for crafting and executing strategies that fuel growth and keep the company ahead of the curve. You'll lead a high-performing team, foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, and ensure operational excellence across the business. From financial performance and compliance to digital transformation and ESG initiatives, you'll champion change and make decisions that matter.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with at least 10 years of executive experience, a proven track record in strategic growth and market expansion, and strong financial and operational expertise preferably in transport/container logistics/storage operations or supply chain. You'll need exceptional communication skills, the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, and the resilience to navigate a fast-changing market. Integrity, professionalism, and a passion for innovation are non-negotiable.
