The Opportunity
Are you passionate about talent acquisition? Ready to lead a high-performing team and shape recruitment for a growing company? We want you as our Talent Acquisition Lead!
In this role, you will craft and execute recruitment strategies, work with leadership to align hiring with business goals, enhance the candidate experience, and strengthen our employer brand. You will report to the Manager Human Resources Services and lead a team of Talent Acquisition Advisors, based in Brisbane.
About You
We seek a recruitment professional with a strong track record in talent acquisition and leadership, including:
* 5+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
* Proven ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies
* Strong knowledge of ATS, recruitment tools, and data analytics
* Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and high-performing talent pipelines
* Understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices
* Leadership and mentoring skills
