Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Adelaide. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for resolving end-user technology issues on-site. Your primary focus will be on complex problem diagnosis, equipment upgrades, and configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical assistance to end-users with technology-related problems
* Manage the End User Services queue for incidents and requests
* Repair, install, configure, and provide peripheral support for workstations
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be involved in workstation software installation, mobile device hardware support, telephone handset replacement, security audits, and functional leadership.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field
* Significant experience in Modern Workplace technologies
* At least 5 years of experience in Modern Workplace support in a similar-sized environment
