We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Planning & Case Manager
to support and optimize our teleradiology operations. This role is central to case planning, workflow coordination, and ensuring seamless communication between radiologists and Veheri.
Key Responsibilities
Lead
case allocation planning
to ensure efficient distribution of imaging studies
Coordinate and manage the daily caseload across multiple radiology modalities
Assign cases based on radiologist availability, subspecialty, and workload balancing
Monitor turnaround times and ensure compliance with SLAs
Act as the communication point for our clients
Manage urgent and priority cases with speed and accuracy
Support shift planning, coverage forecasting, and overall operational scheduling
Track performance metrics, identify workflow bottlenecks, and propose improvements
Ensure case quality by identifying discrepancies and supporting veterinary teams by facilitating the delivery of the highest-quality diagnostic cases
Maintain accurate documentation and operational reports
What We're Looking For
Experience in veterinary medicine or human healthcare (nurse, technician, radiographer), radiology or case management
Strong skills in

Excellent
communication skills
with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
Familiarity with DICOM systems is an advantage
