Job Overview
This role is responsible for managing financial transactions, processing payroll, and maintaining accurate records.
* Process purchase orders, invoices, and reconcile financial transactions
* Prepare and process payroll for employees accurately and on schedule
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
* Maintain up-to-date employee payroll records
* Assist in tracking departmental expenditures
* Adhere to internal controls and procurement policies
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* At least 1 year of experience in finance and/or payroll
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Knowledge of financial processes and procurement practices
* Effective communication skills
