As a Civic Events Officer, you play a key role in planning and delivering civic events, including citizenship ceremonies and official openings.

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you'll ensure events are well planned, run smoothly and reflect the values of the community.
You'll need attention to detail, strong communication, and passion for customer service to make every event a success.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver a calendar of civic events, ceremonies and receptions.
* Coordinate logistics, resources, and compliance for all events.
* Manage communications, invitations, and promotional materials.
* Provide excellent customer service and stakeholder support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong administration, organisation and time management skills.
* Ability to work effectively with community groups and stakeholders.
* Demonstrated event management and customer service experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
