Remuneration
Salary range: $22.81 (junior) – $25.67 after 12 months or at age 20. Adult rate $33.50 per hour. Includes superannuation contribution and leave loading.
About the Role
The NSW Department of Education provides, funds and regulates education services for NSW students from early childhood to secondary school. We employ, develop and support teachers, leaders and other staff to deliver the best outcomes for students and advance the wellbeing of Aboriginal people.
This role is vital to the maintenance and upkeep of departmental schools. You will perform routine maintenance tasks, assist with setting up and removing furniture and equipment for school activities, identify and report maintenance and safety issues, and manage supplies and equipment faults.
Key skills required include good planning, prioritising and communication to work effectively with others.

This is a part‐time 0.2 FTE role with one set day per week, either Monday or Tuesday.
