System Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced System Support Specialist to join our team.
This role involves providing technical support for IT infrastructure across the region, working closely with the IT Infrastructure Manager to deliver exceptional IT support services.
* Providing technical support for IT project rollouts and managing regional system backups, server patching, and end-user device maintenance.
* Maintaining and updating systems, including Active Directory, Sentinel One, TeamViewer, and infrastructure firmware.
* Monitoring systems and keeping accurate records of infrastructure assets.
* Assisting in continuous IT systems improvement and providing staff training.
* Traveling to MCC sites across the region to deliver onsite support.
Key Systems Awareness
* Hyperconverged Infrastructure, especially HPE SimpliVity.
* Microsoft 365.
* Aruba and Cisco Networking.
* Management Information Systems (MIS).
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of similar experience in IT support or systems administration.
* Proficiency in MS Windows Server 2019, Desktop OS, Office 365/Microsoft 365/Azure, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Microsoft Intune, VMware, Veeam, and AWS.
* Experience with network switches, patch panels, access points (Cisco Meraki preferred), and printer troubleshooting.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for end users.
* Experience in manufacturing environments is highly regarded.
