**About the role**
Looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager who will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This role will also involve serving as the main point of contact, understand client needs, and ensure the successful delivery of the highest level of services
**Key Responsibilities for the role**
- Understand clients' objectives, expectations, and pain points.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issues
- Provide clients with updates on product or service enhancements and changes.
- Liaise with internal and external departments of various teams to meet client expectations and objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, feedback, and any revenue growth opportunities
