Description
The Technical Specialist Data Support plays a pivotal role in managing, analyzing, and presenting library data to ensure accuracy and support planning and service development.
Duties Will Include But Not Be Limited To
* Collect, validate, and analyze data from various sources to ensure accuracy and identify trends.
* Develop and maintain dashboards and visuals to share insights, collaborating with library leaders.
* Implement automated workflows and refine data processes.
* Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and organizational policies.
* Deliver data literacy training and create resources for staff.

You will have
* Degree or relevant qualification in Data Management, Library & Information Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
* Working with Children Check.
* 2-3 years' experience in data management, analysis, and reporting.
* Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
* Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and quality control.
* Ability to create dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
* Experience in analyzing data, identifying trends, and supporting strategic decisions.
* Experience in delivering training and developing manuals.
* Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
The salary starts at $82,701 (Grade F, Step 1) + 12% super. Salary may be negotiable based on skills and experience.
