About Melbourne Sexual Health Centre (MSHC):Part of the Cancer and Medical Specialties Directorate of Alfred Health, MSHC specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
It has a reputation for clinical excellence, innovation, postgraduate training, research, and clinical consultancy. The staff of approximately 125 includes infrastructure support, counselors, doctors, nurses, researchers, pharmacists, laboratory scientists, and postgraduate students. Position Summary: This role provides Level 1 & 2 desktop support, supports and develops MSHC business applications (such as CPMS, Medical Director, CASI, DFD, Database management), and manages vendor relationships.
It offers opportunities to develop new applications, engage with the Alfred Health Digital Health Team, and perform Business Analyst functions. The role involves providing technical support to staff, maintaining network and system availability, resolving ICT incidents, and contributing to ICT strategic goals and projects.
