Job Title: Customer Service Manager
We are seeking a customer-focused professional to lead our service team in Bundall.
The successful candidate will have experience in a customer-centric retail business, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to juggle multiple tasks, think on their feet, and manage their own workflow with great organisational and prioritisation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer repairs and servicing, including tagging faulty products and liaising with service agents and suppliers.
* Keep customers informed of repair status and ensure timely completion while providing outstanding customer service.
* Assist with administrative duties, including processing invoices, claims, and reconciliations.
* Run weekly reports for repairs and service jobs as required by management.
* Advise customers of stock arrival and arrange delivery as requested by management.
* Ensure Health and Safety compliance.
Requirements:
* Experience in a customer-focused retail business or ability to work in one.
* High volume administration experience.
* Capacity to juggle multiple tasks with a flexible attitude.
* Customer service champion with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to think on your feet and manage your own workflow.
* Familiarity with consumer law (desirable).
