 * Main Responsibilities:
 * Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver professional service aligned with customer standards
 * Identify opportunities to promote financial products and services to support business objectives
 * Provide expert assistance to customers with everyday banking, insurance, and lending enquiries through referrals
 * Maintain accuracy in account opening, transactions, and cash handling processes
 * Promote a high standard of personal and branch presentation, including marketing materials
 * Contribute to product improvement by providing feedback and supporting team members through collaboration and training
 * Represent the organization positively, aligned with its purpose and values
 * Perform other duties as required within the scope of the role
This role involves providing relief to branches across regional and metro Melbourne. A current driver's license and flexibility to attend any branch location at short notice are essential.
