This is a permanent full-time leadership role as Head of Department, commencing as soon as possible at Dalyellup College.
Key Responsibilities:
* Performance analysis and data-driven decision making to inform improvement strategies.
* Development, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive improvement plans.
* Curriculum leadership, quality teaching delivery, and innovation in Mathematics education.
The successful applicant will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to drive change through participative decision making, and promote the school's vision and strategic directions.
