Our client is seeking **3 x** **Contact Centre Specialists** for their call centre based in the Western suburbs of Sydney.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Respond to a high volume of inbound online bookings, enquiries and feedback using a number of
- Attend to inbound and outbound calls and relevant administrative activities, when operationally required for the call centre and/or as directed by the Line Manager.
- Manage and maintain accurate records across their respective databases.
- Act as a first escalation point for more junior members of the team with more complex queries or
customer feedback.
- Assist and perform additional tasks/jobs as reasonably required in accordance with established guidelines, processes and/or as required by the Line Manager.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Experience working in a busy customer service-based role, ideally in a contact centre environment.
- Experience managing complex customer complaints and/or enquiries, especially in written form using various online customer tools.
- Proficiency in working with outlook, spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems.
- Have great customer service and shows commitment to achieving challenging and complex goals
- Demonstrates a high level of personal motivation
