Job Description
The role is a full time position working Monday to Friday, with shifts between 8am-5:15pm. While the role will be physically located in Wagga Wagga, the team members will be taking calls for our Canberra business.
Role Overview
You will be primarily based as a Contact Centre Agent, where you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Answering phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally. Booking appointments across our four Canberra clinics. Billing knowledge – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA. Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.
