Estimator / Contracts Administrator

This position requires a seasoned professional with expertise in estimating and contract administration for high-end residential construction projects. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work autonomously, and demonstrate proficiency in project management software such as Procore.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record on projects valued up to $10 million. They will also possess a strong understanding of construction contracts, project timelines, and compliance requirements.

In this role, the Estimator / Contracts Administrator will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates, managing all aspects of contract administration, and liaising with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure project alignment and budget control.

About This Role:

* Key Responsibilities:
o Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for luxury residential projects
o Manage all aspects of contract administration from pre-construction through to completion
o Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure project alignment and budget control
o Use Procore for project management, tendering, variations, and document control
o Assess subcontractor and supplier quotes, and manage procurement processes
o Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years' experience as an Estimator or Contracts Administrator in high-end residential construction
* Proven experience on projects valued up to $10 million
* Proficiency in Procore is essential
* Strong understanding of construction contracts, project timelines, and compliance
* Ability to work autonomously, manage your own workflow, and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
