The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office team, ensuring seamless guest experience and efficient hotel operations.

This role involves managing room bookings, check-in and check-outs, and utilizing the CMS Guest Centrix booking system to streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Room allocation and management
* Preparing guest accounts and processing payments
* Maintaining accurate financial records and performing daily banking tasks
* Training and developing team members
* Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Strong financial skills and knowledge of hotel accounting systems
