Electrical Engineering Technician Role

About the Position
This position reports directly to the Technical Manager and involves delivering engineering services and support as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical services and support to customers and project teams.
* Perform regular maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and commissioning as required.
* Work on smaller projects as an electrical engineer, including design, development, commissioning, and verification activities.
* Learn through working as a technician the diversity of engineering that the business provides.
* Provide IT services to the company, including network configuration and workstation solutions.
* Participate in the rotational on-call roster.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A tertiary qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a related field.
* An Australian driver's license and own vehicle.
* The right to work in Australia.
Required Skills and Qualifications

* Experience in designing, developing, and troubleshooting PLC, RTU, HMI, SCADA, and network systems.
* Ability to interpret control system documentation.

* Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with managers, staff, and clients.
