We are seeking an experienced and skilled Duty Manager to join our team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our venue.
* Key Responsibilities:
* • Ensure that all areas of the venue are running efficiently and effectively
* • Train and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* • Assist with stock management, reporting, compliance, and operational tasks
You will bring:
* Experience in hospitality, preferably in pubs, bars, or busy restaurants
* RSA, RSG, and TAB Basics
* A passion for creating memorable customer experiences and building a vibrant venue culture
