Job Title: Business Administrator: Rostering
At our care home, we are seeking a skilled administrator to join our team as a Business Administrator: Rostering. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a challenging role that involves administrative tasks to support the operation of the care home.
Key Responsibilities
* Administering employee services:
The Business Administrator will be responsible for administering employee services, including service, resident placement, and concierge/reception/admin duties.
This includes managing rosters, payroll, training, compliance, HR, recruitment activities, completing the onboarding and induction of new starters, and managing annual and sick leave in the rosters.
The successful candidate will have previous experience gained in a similar admin/customer service role, including rosters, payroll, and general HR function.
* Providing customer service:
The Business Administrator will provide prospective residents and loved ones with a warm, welcoming, and informative introduction to the care home by being the key lead in handling enquiries and coordinating admissions.
The successful candidate will effectively lead the customer and administrative experience function of the care home, ensuring customer service is delivered to the highest of standards.
* Skill Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have intermediate to advanced skills across the MS Office Suite and highly developed organisation and time management skills, prioritisation and self-direction is key in this role.
The successful candidate will also possess patience and calm disposition required when interacting with worried families or confused residents.
