A professional family living close to the city is seeking a capable and trustworthy housekeeper to assist with home duties 3 days per week. The household includes two working adults, teenage children, two dogs, and a cat.
This role is well-suited to someone experienced in managing a busy family home. Note: Cleaners are separately engaged.
Key Responsibilities
* Laundry: washing, folding, ironing, and coordinating dry-cleaning
* General tidying of kitchen, living areas, and occasional light cleaning (e.g. wiping benches, light vacuuming, putting away clothes)
* Fridge management and healthy meal prep assistance
* Changing bed linen (fortnightly)
* School pick-ups and errands as needed
* Light upkeep of outdoor areas (watering pot plants, sweeping pavers, etc.)
Along with being reliable, loyal and trustworthy, a successful candidate will demonstrate the following attributes:
* Punctual
* Demonstrated housekeeping/home management experience
* Friendly, helpful nature with a service mindset
* High attention to detail
* Valid driver's licence
* Current police clearance (or willingness to obtain)
* Excellent personal and professional references
