As a Senior Paint and Roto Artist, you will be responsible for delivering high-level tasks with minimal supervision. This role involves working on complex projects that require artistic vision, technical skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attends daily meetings and follows up with team leads regarding their notes, fixes, and feedback.
* Develops and implements visual references to ensure consistency in preparation.
* Hits given notes but is proactive in offering suggestions and alternate approaches.
Maintains strong communication with artists, supervisors, and managers to ensure seamless collaboration.
You will work closely with the management and show supervision to maintain a positive work environment and address any communication issues promptly.
This role requires strong time management and organizational skills to deliver shots efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and an ability to think creatively while maintaining attention to detail.
Additionally, proficiency in software such as Silhouette and Nuke is essential for success in this role.
Solid understanding of image pipeline from capture to delivery and practical use of knowledge to maintain the highest quality image possible.
You will also be responsible for mentoring and providing feedback to junior members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.
Able to balance shot work and active mentoring, consistently pushing for productivity enhancements in current pipeline and work practices.
