The Role:
As the Customer Experience Manager for Victoria's Secret, you'll be the heartbeat of our in-store experience, ensuring that every guest interaction is memorable, personal, and aligned with the brand's luxury standards. You'll lead, inspire, and coach a dynamic team to deliver world-class service while driving engagement and sales.

* Champion the Victoria's Secret customer experience and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
* Monitor and improve customer satisfaction, acting on feedback to deliver continuous improvement.
