Job Title: Occupational Therapy Operations Manager
About the Role:
The Occupational Therapy Operations Manager will be responsible for leading operational management and professional leadership for the Occupational Therapy teams. This role will play a key part in shaping the strategic direction and goals of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead with impact: Provide operational management and professional leadership for the Occupational Therapy team
* Build culture: Foster a collaborative, supportive, and psychologically safe workplace
* Drive excellence: Coordinate the delivery of high-quality Occupational Therapy services to clients and caregivers
* Support growth: Provide clinical supervision, mentorship and professional development for the team
* Ensure compliance: Uphold internal processes, policies, and external regulatory standards
* Stay connected: Maintain an appropriate client workload alongside leadership responsibilities
Requirements:
* Experience leading and supporting multiple Occupational Therapy teams
* Proven ability to execute operational and strategic plans
* Strong skills in managing complex client complaints/queries with professionalism and empathy
* Experience driving continuous quality improvement initiatives
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to contribute effectively with teams
* High-level organisational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in advocacy, mediation, negotiation and conflict resolution
* The ability to thrive in an energetic and flexible environment
* Relevant Occupational Therapy Degree/Master's qualification
* Current AHPRA Registration
* Valid Working With Children Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* National Police Check
* Current WA Driver's Licence
