About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to support the operations of the administration function at James Sheahan Catholic High School. This role offers an early start at approximately 6:30am, with finishing by 2:30pm.
Role
Managing staff attendance and absences
Coordinating replacements, transfers of duties, and coverage for absent staff (including excursions, incursions, meetings, and professional learning)
Communicating daily routines and any changes to staff
Inducting, organising, instructing and supervising casual staff
Liaising with senior staff to coordinate and support changes to routine
